Mariela's baptism

So we went to try a new internet place closer to the house.  It's no good. I'm going to try to keep to small quick emails, and see how that works.  This whole P Day has been no good, actually, so that stinks.  (Half the zone didn't go to the sports time thing we always have, so we didn't do anything.  Then we went to try a new place for lunch.  That was kinda gross.  Then we came here to bad internet.)  So we basically didn't do anything today.

About this week--two of the baptisms we had planned fell through, but we had one.  Mariela, she is sooo awesome.  She's only 14 and she understands everything so well.  She made the whole week!  So the good news is we still have 2 people that should get baptized.

Everyone says that this month is the hottest of the year.  I don't think it gets a lot cooler after, but it should cool down a little.  It's SOOOO hot right now.  It's actually interesting how differently everything operates with heat like this.  It changes the basics of life a little.

I don't know a ton about the Mother's Day call.  It will be after church and maybe after lunch too, so about 2:00 here.  If you guys could set up some google hangout accounts that would be great.

I can buy shoes here.  For now I sewed them closed.  I'm going to put glue on top of that.  We'll see how that goes.  And I can buy peanut butter here.  It's kinda rare, but it's not too hard to find.
