Staying in El Carmin--Sept. 12, 2016

This week has been good.  I don't have changes, neither does my comp.  I think he will be here one more change, then go to Brazil, so maybe I will have 3 more months here.  I hope so!

This week an old investigator that we left behind, came to us and said he has been reading the Book of Mormon and wants to be baptized.  He already changed his life to be in accordance with the commandments and all that.  He's way cool.  His name is Kevin Reyes and he's from Africa.  He and his family speak an African dialect thing called Garifuna.

We had a great conference with Elder Alonso, a Seventy.  He says he likes the missionaries from Idaho, cuz his trainer was from there.  The other missionaries also had a great baptism, the dude is sweet.  He will be a huge help to the branch.

So....President Carlisle just "macheted" us really hard and now we can only write for half an hour.  I don't really have much time, so I'll have to fill you in next week.   President's changing a lot of things here.
