So basically, it's time for changes.
President told me next week my replacement will get here. I'll have three weeks to train him, and then I'm out. I have no idea where, or with who, but I'll be out, and life will be super different.
This week I got the package from you guys! I cracked up about the camera hidden inside the box of brownie bites! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Today we didn't do anything! We woke up early planning on playing basketball, but the other elders quit, so I tried to get the house to play soccer or something, but everyone felt lazy. Then we had to drive to the airport to pick up an elder from Honduras who was coming home early for health issues. So we drove him to the bus stop and then it was almost lunch time. We did have time to stop at a market place and I bought a cool Hondurasy blanket! NICE.
I just saw the video of you guys on the camera speaking Spanish. SO AWESOME! I can't love you guys more! And I saw the one where you copied the video I sent--Genius!
I like Guada the best because he's so similar to me. We've been together two changes. We like the same things, we joke about the same things, we're friends with the same people, and he's just so easy to get along with. He's down to do whatever, but at the same time, has really good ideas. SIC guy!
About changes: I don't know where I would want to go. There's 8 zones, and I've been in 4--Miramar, Progreso, La Lima (twice), and El Carmen. So there's Satelite, which is close to Carmen and San Pedro. There's Palermo, which is lots of jungle. There's La Ceiba and there's Olanchito. The Ceiba zone doesn't have any gringos leaving, so I probably won't go there. And the Olanchito Zone is sooooo far away. Like 5 hours. And it's all tiny towns and poor people and eating lizards and boiled bananas. So I don't want to go there. Some people say it's awesome. It probably is, but....I'm not feeling it. Haha! So I'd like to go to Satelite or Palermo. Depends on the area and comp too (soo complicated!) This is a map of our zones. The three small ones are Carmen, Satelite, and Lima. Then the skinny one that goes to the ocean is Progreso, and the other one that goes inland is Palermo. Miramar and Ceiba are the two halves of the city La Ceiba, and the last huge one is Olanchito. The thing I don't like about Olanchito and Palermo is they are both sooo spread out, so you barely see the other missionaries. I've never had a zone like that. I guess it's time. But now that I think about it, it might be best to end like that.
I don't think I'll train the first change cuz Pres would have to take out both missionaries that are there, and put in two new ones that don't know the area, like me and my trainee for example.
